  • Comparing finishing 2nd (Lochte in the 4x100) or 3rd (Hansen in the 100 br). That is the question? see link to NPR:... I would expect that 20 years later, the silver medalists are quite happy with the performance, but those that finished 4th are still really really annoyed. -just a thought.
