2012 Olympics: Swimming

Hate to say it and I guess it's schadenfreude, but I think Lochte deserved to get knocked down a peg or two. He came into these Games with just a little too much bluster. Overall, it was a touch schedule to pull off successfully. Well, at least, he got 2 more golds. I don't think that he needed to be knocked down. In swimming, sometimes it is not about who put the more work in. It just might be more about who is the freshest to put in the best performance. If he trains for Rio, he will have to tweak some things in his training. He could be too bulked up for swimming. Also, he have to drop an event or two. Or, Florida might to tweak their program.
