This didn't happen right? I am stunned by the 200 back results. Phelps had the right amount of rest to win the 200 IM. Lochte struggled for that silver. Poor guy. We got two swimmers on the podium in each of those events. I'm not complaining one bit. And I guess the 2IM puts Phelps in the 3peat club along with Dawn Fraser and Krisztina Egerszegi.
