In the picture, Miutatyte appears to be achieving a 90 degree "external" rotation of her right foot by rotating her right leg internally 270 degrees. Not that I could do it anyway, but is she really doing that? Should she be?
Interesting that neither she nor Soni seem to have their thighs perpendicular to the bottom of the pool.
It is clearly taken with a "fisheye" lens leading to distortion.
