I think I'll just wait for the NBC nightly coverage. They'll honestly have the best stuff anyway. Even if something "weird" happens in the prelims, they'll probably show it at night.
I think if you are at all interested in the women's 800 or men's 1500 you should probably find a live feed somewhere within NBC's universe. The odds that they televise either event effectively will be slim.
