I loved the workout video. It really brings out the spirituality of swimming. The opening shot was awesome. I'm assumming it was filmed backwards. If not, Sabir has got to teach us his aquatic levitation techniques.
The Interview was also very enjoyable. Lots of props for masters swimming and even a mention of Sabir's doppleganger, Dr. S. who, I hope, is continuing his important research.
