Short fins for strength training: product suggestions.

Hi! I got a hernia a couple of years ago and therapist suggested short bladed fins as a safer choice over weight exercises: needless to say, I'll use them for legs and back strength training purposes and guess silicone items will get the job done safely. There are countless products to choose from and I need opinions from experienced swimmers before buying. I had my eye on this one and Cressi training; many place Zoomers among the best swim fins around. How about them? What other options to consider? Thank you! Finnico
