Thanks for filming that. The last 25 of freestyle looked as bad as it felt. I shouldn't have swum the first 100 that fast.
Also, I was able to see what Jack Groselle (national and world record holder) was talking about with my butterfly. I was entering too narrow. I'm so used to breaststroke pull that I can't fathom starting the pull wider than shoulder width.
