  • OK, here's the first video I uploaded. This is the PNA 25+ mixed medley relay. We ended up seventh. I'm swimming fly. Check out Haleigh Werner's anchor leg in particular. Holy turnover! Haleigh had a real breakthrough meet and plans to swim the USMS 25K open water next month. Can you believe someone who can swim a 50 like that can also do a 25K? That's versatility. YouTube - PNA 25+ mixed medley relay (lane 1) Remember to watch the 1080p version for your maximum viewing pleasure :) I found out uploading a 1080p video to Youtube takes a while! A two and a half minute video is close to 1GB in size. My relay won that heat in a national record time! The camera caught about one second of each of our swimmers in lane six. You can hear me cheering in the freestyle like a madman. As for your freestyler's turnover ... that is impressive. Most open water swimmers tend to swim open water races with high turnover. This helps their body temp stay high and they can fight the waves a little better.
