I used my PB (PR) as my seed time, but I haven't been able to break it. Today, I was so beaten down by the heat by the time my event went off, I had nothing left for my last 25. My splits sure show that, don't they? :blush: The heat is brutal out here, even in the shade. Tomorrow, I'm spending more time in the gym with the vendors!
Hey, while I'm here, I want to give a :cheerleader: to Allen for a great 100 breaststroke.:bow: And, a BIG thanks for the instant feedback on my race, breaking down each 25 with a full critique; something totally unexpected, just like at Nats. last year.
