Congrats aquageek! I must say my race felt horrible. I didn't feel good during warmup and it carried over to the race. Right from the get-go things just didn't feel right. Maybe flying in this morning wasn't a great idea! I set my alarm for 4:30, got to the airport, stopped to drop off my stuff before heading to the pool and got there when heat 7 was starting. I was in heat 11 so I was scrambling a little to get my warmup in.
Enough with the excuses, though. Tomorrow is another day. I'll get some rest and see what happens.
