I've a long swim history (10 yrs competitive age group and 8 yrs with Masters) including teaching youth/adult lessons and unofficial coaching. I teach as a second job and would like to enhance my efforts. While I'm 10 years from retirement, I'm passionate about teaching kids and would like to link into any organizations that could further my development in this area. Are there clinics for Masters with this interest?

When you ask about furthering your development, are you talking about your knowledge and skills in coaching youth, or are you talking about opportunties (jobs) coaching youth?
If it's your own development, USAS and ASCA are both very good organizations with extensive coaching development opportunity.
