I mean they manage to push things through for figure skaters on a pretty regular basis and all, and he's our best young sprint prospect.
I assume you're referring to Tanith Belbin who became a U.S. citizen in order to compete at the 2006 Turin Olympics in ice dancing. It looks an act of Congress to expedite her citizenship, so I would think the chances aren't real good for Morozov if he needs to bend the usual process.
edit: oops, just asked my wife who's an expert on figure skating and she rattled off a couple other skaters who have done this, so I stand corrected!
