Anyone have a special workout for the holiday? Unfortunately, our pool is closed.
Happy Thanksgiving, one and all! We can have that big meal because of all the good work and good eating habits throughout the year!
Our community pool and gym will be closed tomorrow, so it looks like I will finally take the opportunity to check out our new community walking trail in the woods, followed by a home dryland workout.
Happy :turkey:Day to you all! After we're all done with our various swims and dryland workouts, we'll all be as ravenous as these Smilies. Just look at those guys mac out on that turkey! :afraid:
