Anyone have a special workout for the holiday? Unfortunately, our pool is closed.
Happy Thanksgiving, one and all! We can have that big meal because of all the good work and good eating habits throughout the year!
I'll be swimming with my team in a bubbled in pool and it will be in the low 40's outside and raining. Brrrr. No clue what the workout will be but I'm looking forward to it.
