Anyone have a special workout for the holiday? Unfortunately, our pool is closed.
Happy Thanksgiving, one and all! We can have that big meal because of all the good work and good eating habits throughout the year!
I'm planning on doing my turducken workout from last year's holiday season. I think I've found at least 1 swim buddy to try it with me. While chaos is wallowing wetsuitless in the 50 degree Brighton Beach water, I think I might put my wetsuit on to do the turducken workout solo (thanks addict!) in my pool ... if I can get the heater to crank above 72, I'll skip the wetsuit!
