Underwater Cameras

We are having a debate over this one in our club as to which camera would be best to get and we really havent narrowed it down but are leaning to one off the shelf from a box store.. www.totalperformance.org/power-cam http://www.strokeview.com/ swimcoaching.com/newaquacamhome.htm does any club use anything like the above? what have others rigged together?
