The 2010 - 11 USA Swimming Grand Prix Series is set to make seven stops across the nation.
Each event will showcase some of the top swimmers in the world as well as the next generation of swimming stars.

It seems like a fair number of elite swimmers are unattached (e.g., Allison Schmitt, Kathleen Hersey, Ricky Berens, Dwyer, etc.). Is there a lot of club switching going on pre-Olympics or does it have something to do with swimmers coming out of NCAA programs and having to re-affiliate with a USAS team?
