What are the advantages and disadvantages of Amber versus Smoke (dark grey) lens? (Obviously referring to goggles :cool:)
In pool? (w/o considering clear lens)
In open water?

outdoors = amber.... for long swims. (conditions change and this is the best default)
short swims = depends on the conditions
