My favorite non-workout workout set is anything with a monofin. At my old gym, there was a guy I used to call Slappy because of the force with which one hand and one leg hit the water on entry. On the occasions where I was forced to share a lane with him, I did lots of "Phelpsian" underwater 25s. In this particular case, it was not intended to show off, but rather a safety precaution because I was afraid of a Slappy Attack if I got too close to the surface.
