Do you wear something on your feet in the locker room or not?
With all the icky stuff around, I started to wear plastic slides in the locker, shower & on to the pool deck since they let all the parents wear their outside shoes on the deck to watch their kids do lessons.

I do not think that the chemicals in the pool do anything to harm the fungus.
It is funny, if you google "white socks and athletes foot" the page is full of people saying to only wear cotton or to avoid cotton at all costs. I think that changing socks is the most important.
Boiling socks sounds really hard core, is this a thing? I have never heard of it.
I am doing my very best to clear out the fungus, keeping feet super dry and trying both over the counter medicine and other remedy solutions.
