So today I did a 500 pull and 200 kick warm up set followed by 5 x 100s and 5 x 200s. I did a crap ton of isometrics the past two days and my stroke for the the 100s felt reallyy good I was holding like~1:40 which I know isn't amazing but its a lot better than it was before I got all the pointers! Now this leads me to my reason for posting this, while I can muscle my way through 3k a day my stroke starts to get noticebly sloppier at around ~2.1k. With that said, sxhould I call it quits at this point or should I keep going trying to maintain form as much as I can? Since I've never had a trainer or coach of any sort I'm having a hard time gauging how. Much of my improvement will come from me putting in yards or from me making sure I'm doing things right rather than for a long time. Thanks again guys

Okay ill try to maybe make my intervals longer then so I can spread out my swim more. What's a good amount of time to take between sets for my breaks? I don't really do a certain timei try to start my next set before my heart beat slows down
