Has anyone received (or not) the current SWIMMER yet?

I still haven't received my Sept/Oct SWIMMER yet. It's pretty late, isn't it? Anyone else still waiting for it to show up?

  • I'm quite sure the USPS Periodical rate is much lower than $1.50 per issue. I don't know if Periodical is the correct term, but I'm fairly certain the magazines are sent out Bulk Mail or similar class. If they use periodical shipping, based on this chart it would appear to be between 10 and 70 cents per pound, depending on where it goes. But it's probably not quite as simple as that.
