Has anyone received (or not) the current SWIMMER yet?

I still haven't received my Sept/Oct SWIMMER yet. It's pretty late, isn't it? Anyone else still waiting for it to show up?

  • If there are 50,000 sent out in the mail 6 times a year at $1.50 each that alone makes $450,00.00 just for mail. I'm quite sure the USPS Periodical rate is much lower than $1.50 per issue. I don't know if Periodical is the correct term, but I'm fairly certain the magazines are sent out Bulk Mail or similar class.
