By last month i used to be a very regular swimmer,training in all four competitive strokes,firstly to get my technique right and secondly creating endurance so that I can alteast complete a 400 IM event. The problem is that my workplace is shifted to a remote place in the country where there is no pool access. Whereas, before that i usually spent 2 hours daily working out in the pool. I stay there for 20 days a month and come back at home for 10 days(like a 10-day vacation). What my question is that what workout plan should i follow in the 20 days so that there is a minimal loss of form while I am back at the pool for 10 days. Mind you that in these ten days I can give almost 5 hours to the pool.(Morning and evening included). I have planned to follow the P90x fitness program from beachbody.com for the 20 days but frankly speaking I dont know if it will be enough or not
