Goggles are hard to find that fit one's face. It will be interesting to know how many different goggles one uses. Maybe some are for lap swim, some are for open water, some are for race? Some people do seem to have a lot of goggles, from the "what is in your swim bag" thread, and I wonder if all those goggles are the same or different?

Yes I use them for practice and meets and I will tighten them for meets and then just leave them tight until the next meet when I may tighten them again. Somehow though I always seem to have enough strap left.
I do carry a spare pair just in case.
Ah, relieved to find another "one pair of goggles" person! Just bought a new pair of Kaiman Aquasphere--a friend recommended and lent me a pair for an open water swim I did in July, and I loved them! They were more than I usually spend for goggles, so I may also pick up a pair of Hydrospex for mainly pool use to replace the ones that I have now that are very, very beat up. That way, I figure both pairs will last longer. I like the Hydrospex pretty much, and they've been comfortable, but I was really glad to have the Aquasphere for my long swim.
