Hello all. I am in need of a workout program to get me ready for a 1.2 mile swim in the La Jolla Cove. I have two months and a few days to prepare and would great appreciate any guidance. I was registered to participate in the Challenged Athletes Foundation three person half tri with me doing the bike portion. I broke my leg in June but have healed well and have been cleared to swim instead of bike. Thanks for the help.
