I am planning on going for a goal of 239,000 yards for the month of February 2011. Does anyone have some good training tips for working up to this amount over the next 5 months. I have a strong base and swim at least 5 days a week. I train alone so I just don't know what types of workouts would help me. Any advice anyone can give would be great!!!

I swim up at the OHSU student center. I work up there so it's easy to go straight there after work. It's an old pool but it's cool in temperature and has everything I need. And the best part is I always have my own lane!
