High Yardage

I am planning on going for a goal of 239,000 yards for the month of February 2011. Does anyone have some good training tips for working up to this amount over the next 5 months. I have a strong base and swim at least 5 days a week. I train alone so I just don't know what types of workouts would help me. Any advice anyone can give would be great!!! Thanks!!

You can contact the hosts, Tualatin Hills Barracudas and they have sets that are based on your goal. I know a lot of people who participate in the FFC do 200,000+ yards in February. Good luck.
