Swimming with disabilities.

I recently hurt my shoulder. I had to skip practice for four weeks because of this injury. It is healing now and I'm looking to get back. But as a teacher, I would like to learn more about teaching those who have disabilities. Any ideas?

  • My son's babysitter just moved to the training camp in Colorado to train for the 2012 Paralympics in London. Such an awesome guy, and the one person I truly trusted to be with my son in our pool at home. As I would often tell my son, the guy can swim the pants off of me, and yet with significant physical challenges. Every time I feel cruddy in a workout, I think about what he can do in the water.
