I recently hurt my shoulder. I had to skip practice for four weeks because of this injury. It is healing now and I'm looking to get back. But as a teacher, I would like to learn more about teaching those who have disabilities. Any ideas?
My son's babysitter just moved to the training camp in Colorado to train for the 2012 Paralympics in London. Such an awesome guy, and the one person I truly trusted to be with my son in our pool at home. As I would often tell my son, the guy can swim the pants off of me, and yet with significant physical challenges. Every time I feel cruddy in a workout, I think about what he can do in the water.
