OK I'm trying to finish taper this week and it looks like thunder all week long in the evenings. Which will prevent me swimming.
I cut out running this week to just swim each day. Anyone have any good ideas what I should do if I can't swim. Just stretch? Maybe a short run?
Rest is good but I don't want to feel like I've shut-down by Saturday...especially if I am going to try to whomp Fortress in the 50 BR.

Yeah, I could use the 20yarder here...85 degrees though...
That could be good for you... a longer warmup with a few fast and pace 20's and 40s would make for some good fast taper swims.
