I am attending the Pan-Pacs next week and I would love to get in some swimming of my own. I know NOVA has a great program there for a pool possibility. Can anyone recommend good options for ocean swims? Is the Corona Del Mar State Beach as good as any? Thanks.

They have a bunch training right now to swim 2 relays across The Catalina Channel on August 22.
