My family and I are going to Japan next year and are starting to get things in order. Any recommendations for hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto that might have pools??
And let's already weed out the hotel from Lost in Translation. $1000 a night is not really in our budget.

I live in Tokyo,
Here is a list of hotels with pools in Tokyo. Hotels of varying prices.

I recommend visiting a public pool instead.
My personal recommendation would the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, right out Sendagaya station (near Shinjuku on the Yamanote train line)
Has both 25m and 50m pool. Entry is 600yen for 2hr pool use.
Must bring your own swim cap.
