I've never had the flexibility in my shoulders that I would like, even when I was young. I'd really like to increase my flexibility, so I could really do some better streamlining. Do any of you have exercises or stretches that you do to help with this problem?
Sorry..............under patient resources click "handouts" and you will find shoulder/neck information, some good foam roller info, and go to the bottom of the home page for a good article on gluteal activation (commonly overlooked but totally core strength). :agree:
