I got the skin on my fingers soaked and wrinkled after swimming about 30 mins. I was wondering if one should stop swimming in such case, or at least do something in order to swim longer? Does it mean my body needs to be replenished with something? Thanks!

No, this is normal.

I don't think so. It never hurts to have a water bottle to sip from during breaks, however.
You'll also notice that as you swim longer and longer - it takes a little longer to wrinkle up. Its also not a bad thing to wrinkle up - it just means your skin is saturated with water.
However you should still bring something to drink, just because you're skin is wet doesn't mean you're hydrated ;)
