Kick time improvement with fins

Is there a general view on how much kick times should improve when wearing fins? If they improve more or less than this is this a sign of any kick flaws? Thanks, N

    I think as a rule most don't use fins to "improve a kick time". Fins should be used as a training/strength aid. You may also gain "some" flexibility in knees and ankles and strengthen your core. As far as flaws, fins would mask them more than anything I would think.
