I have osteoarthritis in the shoulders diagnosed by a sports orthopedic Dr. I tried ice, NSAD (Ibuprofen), rest, Glucosamine with condritin but I stopped swimming and working out. Does anyone have any experience with OA? I have OA in knees but do not affect my swimming. Hips feel funny sometimes after some exercises but hips have not been diagnosed yet.
