I never knew this, but according to wikipedia, "there are essentially two distinct brands using the Arena name and logo", one European (French), the other Japanese "Descente". How can one tell which maker a particular swimwear is from, then (if you see it neither in Europe nor Southasia)? (I would assume the European one has better quality and is the one worn by some Olympic medalists?)
speedo has more than one manufacturer of their suits too.
that is why when the list of approved suits came out it stated the FS Pro from the US was legal, but nothing about the one sold in Europe.
