    hmmm I guess the engineers have done their sums, but it does seem like a lot of weight on top of that thin looking deck! I reckon I'd still give it a go though! I heard the designer say on T.V the other night that whilst it was being constructed they had a significant earthquake....the structure obviously survived! I don't think the deck is all that thin. At least 3 stories thick based on this picture. picasaweb.google.com/.../CrwUbpLNN_4eYMDw5_PsZw Singapore's building code probably has to account for hurricanes, typhoons and earthquakes given its location.
