When I started reading the forums here in 2002, I never thought I would ever meet people in person. Now I have met so many of you! It is so fun. This weekend I got to meet Jayhawk for the first time! Woohoo!

I thought about the lack of camera after we met, too. I wish we had a chance to take a picture. Sadly with me getting ready to warm-up, I didn't have one tucked in to my suit. That just means you'll have to come to Colony Zones so we can get a picture :)

Chris, how could I ever think the culture of Brazil would be more exotic than that of Alabama?!
Elaine, we will be seeing the Amazon. My dad grew up in Rio. We're going so he can show us where he grew up and then doing some sight seeing. The trip was supposed to be in 2005 years ago but then I got pregnant. So the trip went from 6 people to 7 :)
