Here is a workout Mr. Thorton mentioned last month in the "broken 200" thread. In several weeks I'm going to try it out to work on my 200 fr. But anyway, you just take your 200M fly time (3:17?) and plug in the 50 times (i.e., 51, 50, 49, 48, 47) for the even ones.
