The 2010 Mutual of Omaha Pan Pacific Championships will begin
August 18th at the
William Woolett Jr. Aquatics Center in
Irvine, Calif. The Pan Pacific Championships represent the top international meet of 2010 for the U.S. National Team.
Being held on U.S. soil for the first time in over a decade, the five-day international meet will feature the world's top swimmers. Watch Ryan Lochte, Ariana Kukors, Michael Phelps and more as they face top swimmers from Australia, Japan and Canada.
Be there to cheer them on as Team USA fights to defend it's title as the number one swimming nation in the world.

It was nice to see Ziegler back in form!
The swim of the night, IMO, and the interview was nice too. I can't believe they cut away during the 800, though; it's only 8 minutes long, for crying out loud.
I enjoyed the 100 back race, didn't you know Piersol would pull it out? Also slightly gratifying to see that we old folks aren't the only ones who have trouble swimming straight in the outdoors. (Thoman would probably have had the fastest time of the night if he hadn't run into the laneline so badly. He was flying on that back half.)
Lochte's walls were impressive, nice job to set a PR in jammers.
