Elbow Pain

There have been a few discussions about elbow pain recently. About a month ago I developed my own elbow pain (I guess after getting past swimmer's shoulder, plantar fasciitis, back pain from air conditioner moving an otitis externa --what could be next?). I am pretty sure its medial epicondylitis, also known as "golfer's elbow." I have never golfed -- this pain is either from swimming, leaning on my arm while operating my computer or both. At any rate I was treating it with ice and advil and being pissed off when I found the attached video of the "reverse tyler twist" using the theraband flexbar. I got a flexbar, starting with the lightest one (red) and 2 weeks later worked up to the medium (green). I would like to report that it does appear to be working -- I had NO PAIN while swimming today and yesterday for the first time in at least 6 weeks and no pain while opening the mayonnaise jar while making my kids lunch. I guess I am cautiously optimistic and wanted to share this info. The Flexbar is cheap and the exercise is easy. YouTube- "Reverse Tyler Twist" for medial epicondylitis ("Golfers Elbow")
