Longhorn Aquatics Presents The Eddie Reese Short Course Classic Sanctioned by STLMSC for USMS Inc. Sanction number: 4310-78712-01 Date: Saturday May 29, 2010 Time: 8:00 am to 9:00 am Venue: Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swim Center, University of Texas at Austin Address: 1900 Robert Dedman Drive, Austin, Texas 78712 Meet Director: Tyler Blessing Referee: Ron Zolno Eligibility: This meet is open to all swimmers age 18 and older as of May 29, 2010 who are currently registered with United States Masters Swimming (USMS). All competitors must provide a current USMS registration card or otherwise show proof of USMS registration. Entry Deadline: All entries must be received before the scheduled start of each event. Deck entries are permitted. The meet director shall have final discretion to disallow any entry due to time constraints. Time limits: The meet will conclude promptly at 9:00 am! Short breaks may be taken between events. Warm Up Proceedures: General Warmup will be provided from 6:30 to 8:00. During the meet, lanes 1 and 2 of the competition course will be reserved for warm-up and cool down. Seeding: Events will be seeded only by entry time. Genders and age groups will swim combined. Awards: No awards will be issued. Scoring: No scoring will performed. Cell Phones: The presence and/or use of cell phones in the locker rooms is strictly and specifically prohibited at all times. There are no exceptions to this prohibition. Violators are subject to disqualification from the meet and disbarment from the facility. TSC Rules: As guests of The University of Texas, all competitors and spectators must adhere to the Texas Swim Center (TSC) rules. Chewing gum and glass containers are not permitted in the building. Locks may not be left on lockers overnight. Wet swimmers cannot leave pool deck. Children must be supervised at all times. Parking: Available in Trinity Garage and City of Austin parking spaces. Liability: USMS, South Texas LMSC, The University of Texas, the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center, and Longhorn Aquatics accept no responsibility for liability or injuries sustained by any individual, athlete, coach, official, meet volunteer, or spectator while traveling to and from or while participating in the meet. Damage to the facility, when proved, will cause the offending competitor, if unattached, or the offending swimmer's club, if attached, to be held accountable for repairs. All competitors must sign the provided liability release form.
