  • Sorry I missed you today. I see you took 2 sec off your ***. Way to go! :applaud::applaud::applaud: I left early to have a belated Mother's Day Celebration with my family. But I did take 3 sec off my best ever 500 time this morning. Can't wait to see you again soon and see you make some huge progress as I know you will. Thanks, Alison! I DIED after 100yds. and felt like my legs and arms were heavy weights. When I don't sleep well, I can really feel it in the pool. I KNOW I can do better than I did today, because I have done 200's in practice and felt like I still had something left in the tank. Today I didn't, but at least I beat my seed time. :) YOU had a fantastic meet, Alison, getting PB's left and right! :applaud::applaud::applaud: You ROCK! You are truly an inspiration! :agree: I'm sorry I didn't get to see you today. It sounds like you were long gone before I ever arrived at the pool. I hope you had fun with your family!
