I'm at home now; my 200 breaststroke isn't until 3:50. I have heat intolerance issues and the last couple of days in the Aquatic Center has taken a lot out of me. My sleep hasn't been great the past couple of days, so I decided to rest in my cool house this morning and arrive this afternoon. I plan on getting there in time to warm up, then watch the 50 free showdown. Then, I'm hoping for a PB in my event!
I just watched today's video. I saw Allen get led away from the pool after his event, so I figured they were up to something. Later, he told me he had been interviewed. Cool! :cool: The videos have been exciting and inspiring. :applaud:
