Jeff, I made the mistake of not practicing for the walls before the 400 IM. I realized it during the event. I did slip a bit going from back to *** but other than that I did okay. Still took 4 sec off my best time (and 7th place). The thing that is getting me is the bulk head. It still blends in too much with the floor.
Elaine, great to meet you today. Will you be back tomorrow? Today I had 2 more PB's - 100 free (took 1.3 sec off) and was the lead off in the free relay and took .7 sec off. Can't ask for much more than that! Hope to see you tomorrow. I have the 500 and the relay and then I'm done.
