The Athlete Village will be at Nationals, so it got me thinking about having my breaststroke analyzed. Have you had this done? Do you recommend it? Does The Athlete Village do the filming at Nationals? If they do the filming, how much does it cost?
Ande and Allen, my two mentors on the forums: What do you think? Is there a better use of my money or is this $ well spent?
Anybody else out there who has an opinion to offer on this, I would appreciate your advice!
Thanks!
:D
i haven't seen any thing about them being at Nats so I don't know the particulars.I also don't know their work per se so anyone who does would be a better source of information.Getting a video of your stroke with expert analysis is always helpful though,so it is probably worth it if the price is right.
In a recent Nationals newsletter that was emailed to Nationals participants, The Athlete Village was listed as a vendor who will be located in the "Athlete Services Area". I checked out their website and their stroke analysis looks interesting. An analysis of a race, including starts, stroke, and turns is $79.99, and I would have to send it a video. Of course, an underwater video is preferred... Anyway, I thought I would just throw the question out there. Thanks for your reply, Allen!
