I'm going to be at the Baltimore Hilton (Pratt Street) for a few days in early June. I'd love to get a swim or 2 in while i am there. Does anyone know of healthclubs or public pools in this area?

The Merritt Athletic Club has a beautiful facility near Pratt street. The pool is outdoor pool, with a bubble on it for year round use. The pool is 25 meters.
There is a Y on the grounds of the old football stadium.

Here is the Maryland LMSC site. I know that North Baltimore has a Masters program and UMBC has Masters practices. That is the extent to the my Baltimore knowledge.
