Were you a College Swimmer?

I'm always interested in hearing about the USMS demographics, but I couldn't find any information on USMS and college swimming. I was wondering roughly what percentage of US Masters swimmers swam in college and at what level. I also wanted to hear from you where you went, when, and what you loved / hated most about college swimming.

-- harder to improve times in many cases, possibly after years of improving pretty much every year Something I saw with a friend of mine in D1: he was improving, but (it seemed like) everyone else was improving so much faster. The top high school times in the country would be considered slow in D1. You can be elite, one of the top recruits, whatever, and if you don't get much faster you're a bum.
